Returns
At Nokffee, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. To qualify for a return: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts or accessories. Please provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage when you contact us.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product if it arrives defective or damaged. If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, simply let us know during your return request.
